This contract is our immediate annuity featuring a long payment deferral period that may depending on the election of the contract holder, be up to 30 years.  This contract is a “defined benefit” product and functions similarly to that of a pension or Social Security benefit.  All, the contract elements are determined and guaranteed by the company on the date of purchase, and there are no projections.  This contract is for individuals who want to know today the exact guaranteed income they will receive on any given future date (up to 30 years).  The contract is also permanent which means: after purchase, it is irrevocable and not commutable back to a lump sum amount.  The contract is a “wealth preservation” product.  State availability is limited and special purchase qualifications regarding Annuitant net worth and income apply.
